We had a romantic escape and loved the modern and clean rooms, as well as the comfy bed. The hotel's central location was perfect for exploring the city, with easy access to public transport and within walking distance of many attractions.

There were a couple of disappointing issues. The rooms at the back of the hotel lacked natural light and had a view of an office building, compromising privacy.

Travelling alone, I loved the fantastic location, with easy access to theatres, museums, and department stores. There were plenty of friendly old pubs nearby, perfect for a fun night out. The roof terrace provided a breathtaking WOW factor that was truly memorable.

The king room was spacious and had everything we needed, including robes and slippers. The location was fantastic, within walking distance of museums, Buckingham Palace, theaters, and other attractions.

breakfast could have been better organized, as we had to wait over 30 minutes to be served. It would have been nice to receive an upgrade, a room with a better view, or a free drink at the rooftop bar, especially since it was our wedding anniversary.

Very quiet room away from road and elevators, high up. Excellent spacious shower and free minibar. Delicious vegetarian options and accommodating to menu alterations. Decorative touch in room adds cozy, contemporary ambiance. Beautiful Landseer suit with exceptional service and perfect location near tube station. Early check-in, comfortable bed, stocked minibar, and complimentary breakfast with buffet and a la carte options.
