We had a romantic escape and loved the modern and clean rooms, as well as the comfy bed. the hotel's central location was perfect for exploring the city, with easy access to public transport and within walking distance of many attractions.

There were a couple of disappointing issues. the rooms at the back of the hotel lacked natural light and had a view of an office building, compromising privacy.

I had a fantastic stay at the Trafalgar St. James! The location was absolutely perfect, within walking distance of all the major attractions. The hotel itself was beautiful, with comfortable rooms and great decor. The breakfast was delicious, although I would have liked more choices for beverages. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the concierge. Despite a few minor issues, like some noise from construction and a slight odor in our room, I had a wonderful experience overall. I would highly recommend this hotel to others.

Travelling alone, I loved the fantastic location, with easy access to theatres, museums, and department stores. There were plenty of friendly old pubs nearby, perfect for a fun night out. The roof terrace provided a breathtaking WOW factor that was truly memorable.

Felt lucky, no complaints at all.

Man hat eine tolle Auswahl an Möglichkeiten, um sich zu amüsieren und gutes Essen zu genießen. Das Zimmer war geräumig und komfortabel, mit allem, was man braucht. Das Badezimmer war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Der Service im Hotel war freundlich und hilfsbereit, immer bereit, alle Fragen zu beantworten und Wünsche zu erfüllen. Das Frühstück war köstlich und vielfältig, mit einer großen Auswahl an Speisen. Alles in allem ein angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Unerfreulicherweise gibt es keine Klimaanlage im Hotelzimmer.

the king room was spacious and had everything we needed, including robes and slippers. the location was fantastic, within walking distance of museums, Buckingham Palace, theaters, and other attractions.

The view from our room was disappointing as it overlooked construction work. breakfast could have been better organized, as we had to wait over 30 minutes to be served.

Very quiet room away from road and elevators, high up. Excellent spacious shower and free minibar. Delicious vegetarian options and accommodating to menu alterations. Decorative touch in room adds cozy, contemporary ambiance. Beautiful Landseer suit with exceptional service and perfect location near tube station. Early check-in, comfortable bed, stocked minibar, and complimentary breakfast with buffet and a la carte options.

This hotel provided a truly luxurious experience with their exclusive amenities and exceptional service. the Jacuzzi was a standout feature, offering a relaxing escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. the in-room breakfast was a pleasant surprise, allowing for a leisurely morning with delicious and fresh fare. the Bar/Lounge area provided a sophisticated atmosphere for evening cocktails.

The only minor issue was the limited selection at the restaurant. We found that the fixed menu options were somewhat limited and lacked variety.

The rooftop bar offers outstanding views of the city, perfect for enjoying a cocktail after a day of exploring. The breakfast buffet is excellent, with a wide variety of choices.

The rooftop bar does not allow guests to sit outside, which can be disappointing on a nice night.
